I aim to keep fees clear and straightforward so you can focus on what matters most and find the right support for you.
All sessions are online only.

Introductory call
Free – 15 minutes
If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, or whether I’m the right therapist, you’re very welcome to arrange a short, no-obligation call. This gives you a chance to ask any questions and get a sense of whether working together might feel like a good fit. Alternatively you can get in touch via email on the contact page.
Initial consultation
Individuals – £60 (75 minutes)
Couples – £80 (75 minutes)
These first sessions are a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy. We’ll think together about what you’re hoping for from the process and whether working together feels like the right fit.
Ongoing sessions
Individuals – £50 (50 minutes)
Couples – £70 (50 minutes)
Sessions usually take place weekly, especially at the beginning, although this can be discussed and reviewed depending on your needs.
Block sessions
Some people prefer to commit to a block of sessions, either for financial reasons or to support continuity in the work.
Block of 10 sessions (individuals): £450 (50 minutes each)
Block of 10 sessions (couples): £630 (50 minutes each)
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer and is due on the day of the session or in advance. Full details will be provided when we arrange your appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the time to be offered to another client who may be waiting for support.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will normally be charged at the full session fee, except in exceptional circumstances.
